斜拉桥承台钢套箱设计及船舶撞击全过程分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,以一艘3 000吨级货船与某斜拉桥承台钢套箱碰撞为例,演示了数值仿真计算的过程,重点介绍了结构模型化,获得并分析了船桥碰撞力、能量转换,以及钢套箱的冲击响应的一般规律和特点,从而为同类桥梁的设计、维护和损伤评估等提供理论和技术上的支持.

Abstract:By means of the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the process of numerical simulation of a 3 000 DWT cargo ship colliding with the steel casing for the pile cap of a cable-stayed bridge is demonstrated. The method to build FEM of structures is introduced. The laws and characteristics of the collision forces, energy exchange and shock response of the steel casing are analyzed, which can be used as technical and theoretic supports to provide protection to similar bridges.
