钻杆管内壁鼓包缺陷形成机理

摘    要:钻杆是石油钻柱的重要组成部分,其钻杆管内壁鼓包壁缺陷会引发失效事故.利用超声检测技术即超声探伤仪和超声测厚仪对φ 127×9.19 mm的平端钻杆管体钻杆内壁鼓包进行检测,并采用金相与能谱分析法研究内壁鼓包非金属夹杂物及夹杂物所含物质的成分.研究结果表明,该方法检测钻杆内壁内壁鼓包缺陷分析是行之有效的.

Abstract:Drill pipe is the vital component of oil drilling string. Its bulging defect on inner wall would lead to failure or accident. A new method for bulging defect defection is demonstrated in this paper, which through component analysis of non-metallic or other inclusions in bulging based on metatlographic analysis and EDS analysis theory, and bulging detection by using uhrasonic flaw detector and ultrasonic thickness gauge. The drill pipe tested is a plain end pipe, dimension of which is φ 127×9.19 mm. The method for detecting bulging defect on inner wall of drill pipe is renaMe according to the research result.
