| Abstract: | The paper points out the talent status of the architectural enterprises in new tendency, indicates the cultivation and training of the tal- ents in construction enterprises from four aspects, and points out it is important for the development of construction enterprises to cultivate man- agement staff, the technical personnel, and composite talents with multiple skills and different majors with comprehensive qualities and develop- ment potential. |
