苯并噻唑类化合物对高脂模型小鼠抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:研究苯并噻唑类化合物TJ-1(2-间苯胺基苯并噻唑)、TJ-2(2-间苯胺基苯并噻唑-3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酰胺)、TJ-3(2-间苯胺基苯并噻唑-1H-吡唑-3-甲酰胺)对高脂模型小鼠抗氧化能力的影响.50只8周龄健康雄性C57BL/6J小鼠适应性饲养1周后,根据体质量随机分为高脂组、白藜芦醇对照组、TJ.1组、TJ-2组和TJ-3组.高脂组喂饲相应高脂饲料,白藜芦醇对照组和各干预组小鼠喂饲高脂饲料并分别添加0.1%的白藜芦醇、TJ-1、TJ-2、TJ-3进行干预,干预12周后测定小鼠血清、肝脏和脑的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH.Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)的水平.与高脂组相比,TJ-1、TJ-2、TJ-3、白藜芦醇各组小鼠血清、肝脏和脑的SOD、GSH.Px、CAT水平均高于高脂模型组,MDA水平低于高脂组.结果表明:苯并噻唑类化合物能改善高脂模型小鼠的抗氧化能力.

Abstract:The effect of benzothiazole derivatives TJ-1 (3- (benzod]thiazol-2-yl) benzenamine), TJ-2 (N- (3- (benzod] thiazol- 2-yl) phenyl)-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzamide), and TJ-3 (N- (3- (benzod]thiazol-2-yl) phenyl) -1 H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide) on the antioxidating activities of mice with high fat diet was studied. Fifty 8-week-old male C57BL/6 J mice were quaran- tined for 1 week. They were then randomly assigned to the following five groups according to body weight:high fat diet group,resveratrol control group,TJ-1 group,TJ-2 group and TJ-3 group. The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured after the treatment which lasted for 12 weeks. Compared with the high fat diet group, the SOD, GSH-Px and CAT levels in the serum, liver and brain of the other 4 groups were higher, and the MDA levels were lower. Benzothiazole derivatives can improve the antioxidating activities of high fat mice.
