摘    要:根据热传导和电子束焊机的工作环境,模拟了电子束扫描45#钢表面相变硬化过程中的温度场.分别采用直接求解和迭代求解方法,比较了同一网格和复合网格两种模式下温度场的计算.结果表明:在保证计算精度的同时,复合网格划分的计算效率远高于同一网格划分;直接求解比迭代求解所耗内存大.

Abstract:According to the working environment of the heat conduction and electron beam welding machine, the temperature field were simulated during the process of transformation hardening when the electron beam was scanning the surface of 45 steel. Direct and iterative solution was used respectively. The calculation of temperature field was compared in the two patterns of the same grid and the composite grid. The results showed that the calculation efficiency of complex grid partition was obviously higher than the same grid partition when the accuracy was same. The results also showed that the memory of direct solving method was bigger than the iteration method.
