FFT方法在金属有机涂层抗渗性测量中的应用

摘    要:根据在时域中快速Fourier变换(FFT)的原理,应用恒电位仪实现了对各种金属有机涂层抗渗性的低频在线测试,所得结果与传统的应用锁相放大器或频率响应分析仪的高频方法相同,而且,前者快捷高效,不需要使用价值昂贵的频域仪器,为自制现场测试仪器提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Fast Fourier transform(FFT) technique in time domain was applied in the measurement of the anti-permeability of organic coating on metal.In this technique,the frequency range is in the very low frequency region(from 10 Hz to 0.1 Hz).It can be done without expensive lock-in amplifier or frequency response analyzer with the result that the measurement is fast and reliable.The results are in good agreement with those measured at high frequency region by lookin amplifier.
