二羟基丙酮的超滤膜连续发酵研究

摘    要:研究了利用弱氧化醋酸杆菌代谢产生的甘油脱氢酶,转化甘油制备二羟基丙酮的发酵过程。在摇瓶发酵的基础上,考察了连续发酵过程中不同膜组件、稀释率和溶氧浓度对连续发酵中菌体生长特性和二羟基丙酮产率的影响。结果表明:使用中空纤维超滤外压膜组件,溶氧控制在2mg/L、稀释率为0.12h-1时,菌体积累率与甘油的转化率均较高,最长连续发酵持续时间为304h。

Abstract:Production of 1,3-Dihydroxyacetone(DHA) by continuous cultivation with membrane bioreactor(MBR) has been proposed on the basis of the batch cultivation.The influence of different membrane bioreactor,dilution rate and dissolved oxygen(DO) on conversion of glycerol to DHA during the continuous cultivation has been investigated.The results showed that:DHA concentration and the maximum fermentation time could be maintained over 304 h at a dilution rate of 0.12 h-1,using outsider membrane bioreactor and the diss...
