浅议工程造价的改革与确定

在社会主义市场经济条件下，尤其是我国工程建设造价管理由“静态”变为“动态”，对于工程造价的改革与合理确定甚为重要，文中就如何在建安工程价格改革方面提出一些看法，同时，着重探讨了在设计阶段如何适应工程造价改革并合理确定工程造价等问题。

Engineering costing reform and construction cost fixation

It is essential to reform the engineering costing system and rationally fix the construction costs under the current situation of socialist market economy in our China, especially in the course of transition from“static”to“dynamic”management of construction costing of projects. Some views in the respects of engineering costing reform in the construction and crection projects were presentcd,and some problems related to the costing reform and rational fixation of construction costs during the engineering design were discussed in particular.
