丙酮缩合制备二丙酮醇的研究

摘    要:研究了以丙酮为原料,以阴离子交换树脂作为催化剂,采用反应精馏装置进行丙酮缩合制备二丙酮醇的缩合反应,探讨了进料位置、进料流量和回流量对反应转化率的影响。实验结果表明,选择反应区较低的进料位置和较高的回流量可以打破化学平衡的限制获得较高的转化率,转化率达40%~90%,而增加进料量对反应不利。在进料量为182mL/h,进料温度为24.0℃,回流量为2066mL/h的情况下,转化率高达92.1%。

Abstract:Diacetone alcohol was prepared by condensation of acetone in a distillation column using anion exchange as catalyst.The influence of different parameters such as feeding location,feeding rate and reflux quantity were discussed.The experimental results show that the reaction equilibrium can be broken through and high coversions can be gotten by choosing a lower feeding location in reaction district and a higher reflux quantity, the conversion was 40%~90%.But increasing the feeding rate was disadvantageous for the reaction when the feeding rate is 182 mL/h,the feeding temperature is 24.0℃,the reflux quantity is 2066 mL/h,the conversion is up to 92.1%.
