基于虚拟仪器技术的回转窑轴线测试系统

摘    要:提出基于虚拟仪器技术的便携式新型回转窑轴线测量系统,通过测量轮带直径和表面的位移计算回转窑轴线的水平偏差和垂直偏差。系统具有数据处理能力强,人机界面友好,使用方便、有较高的测量精度和可靠性。

Abstract:A new portable system for measuring rotary kiln axes based on virtual instrument technology is introduced in this paper. By measuring the shell surface diameter and displacement, the horizontal deviation and Perpendicular deviation of the rotary kiln can be worked out, The system has the advantage of powerful data processing ability, friendly Human Machine Interface, convenient operation and high measurement precision and reliability.
