摘    要:研究了以甲苯为溶剂,TiCl_4、Al(C_2H_5)nCl_(3-n)、OS(CH_3)_2为催化剂的丁二烯环聚制备1,5,9-环十二碳三烯(COT)的反应规律;选择了催化剂组份间的配比范围;探索出较佳的工艺条件,并进行了中试放大。生产的产品纯度≥99.6%。催化剂得率>19kg/g Ti,选择性>90%。文中还讨论了溶剂用量、反应时间、溶剂中水含量及丁二烯加料方式等对催化剂活性和选择性的影响。

Abstract:The paper studies the rules governing the synthesis of 1,5,9-cyclododecatriene with toluene as solvent and TiCl_4-Al(C_2H_5),Cl_(3-x)-OS(CH_3)_2 as catalyst.It investigates the range of catalyst components ratio as well as the preferred reaction conditions.A pilot plant study has been carried out. Product purity is>99.7%,catalyst efficiency>19kg/gTi,and selectivity>90%。Also discussed in the paper are the effects on catalyst activity and selectivity of solvent quantity, reaction time,catalyst moisture content and methods of addition of butadiene.
