炮塔方位角测量装置应用

摘    要:自行高炮中原有提供炮塔方位角的机构主要不足是传动链较长,传动空回较大,难以保证瞄准线的独立精度。将炮塔方位角测量装置直接与炮塔大齿圈啮合,并且其内部采用了双片齿轮消隙技术,因而可以为稳定跟踪伺服系统和火控系统等提供高精度的炮塔方位角。炮塔方位角测量装置由精密传动机构和角位移测量仪组成,其主要功能是可以机械调零、按系统同步信号进行采集并输出炮塔方位角。通过分析相关试验数据,可以看出高精度的炮塔方位角有助于提高系统对目标的探测精度和截获概率。

Abstract:Main drawbacks of original mechanism that provides turret azimuth angle in SPAAG are that transmission chain is longer, transmission interspace is larger, so independent of line of sight accuracy is difficult to keep. Measuring device of turret azimuth angle consists of precise transmission mechanism and measurement apparatus of angle displacement. Main features of measuring device are to mechanically zero, collect synchronous signal of system and output turret azimuth angle. Through analysis for related test data, it can be seen that high accuracy turret azimuth angle has improved target capture probability and target detection precision of system.
