大面积混凝土墙板结构无收缩施工技术

摘    要:针对大面积及超长混凝土墙板结构出现温度收缩裂缝的问题,通过青岛市工人文化宫体育场改造工程实例,详细阐述了大面积混凝土结构施工中取消设计后浇带而留设施工缝分区的施工技术,介绍了采取掺加FS102混凝土防水密实剂、改善泵送混凝土变形性能和改进生产工艺等裂缝控制施工技术。实践证明,采用无收缩施工技术能有效控制大面积混凝土墙板结构裂缝,成功解决大面积混凝土构件收缩及防水问题,达到缩短工期、节约成本的效果。

Abstract:For the temperature shrinkage crack problem of large and ultra-long concrete wallboard structure, the paper takes Workers Cultural Palace Stadium reconstruction project in Qingdao city examples and introduces to eliminate post-cast strip with di- vision construction, to admix FS102-compacting concrete waterproofing agent, to improve the deformation properties of pumping con- crete and make production processes better etc. crack control construction technology in the large-scale construction of concrete structures. Proved by practice, the ultra-large area concrete wallboard structure cracks can be effectively controlled by the ultra-large area concrete no shrinkage construction technology which solves successfully shrinkage and waterproof problems of the ultra-large area concrete, shortens the construction period and reduces costs.
