| 摘 要： | 采用GAD／CAM技术对高速MAG焊焊枪结构者了设计，使用FEM数值计算方法对焊枪结构气体通道等部分进行了设计优化，制造出来的焊枪经焊接工艺实验检验，符合高速MAG焊焊接工艺的要求。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the structure of high speed MAG gun is designed by using CAD/CAM, and the design of gas passage was optimized by the FEM analyzing method. By the welding process experiment, it was proved the welding gun can meet the requirements of high speed MAG welding. |
