| 摘 要： | 焦炉火道目标温度是机、焦侧火道温度平均值的目标值;它是在规定的结焦时间内保证焦饼成熟的一个主要工艺指标;考虑到影响火道目标温度的许多因素,根据焦炉传热理论,建立了火道优化设定模型,从而得到了最佳火道目标温度;该模型投入实际生产运行后,实现了焦炉火道温度的优化设定,保证了直行温度的稳定性,提高了焦炭质量;为实现焦炉加热优化控制提供了前提条件。

| Abstract: | Coke oven flue aimed temperature is a aimed value of the flue temperature average.It is a main index that ensures coke's quality.After thought about some factors affecting the flue aimed temperature,this paper proposes the flue aimed temperature optimal setting model based on the pass heat theory in the coke oven,so the best flue aimed temperature is obtained.After the model is turned into application,it realized the flue aimed temperature optimal setting,assured the flue temperature's stability,improved the quality of coke.It supplies condition for coke oven heating combustion optimal control. |
