二维网状光折变光子晶格的构造与研究

摘    要:利用交叉相位法,辐照两个带有15个孔相互正交的振幅掩膜,成功地在LiNbO3∶Fe晶体中构造了二维网状光折变光子晶格。分析了掩模孔间距、写入时间及入射角度等实验条件对写入光子晶格的影响。分别推导了两个掩膜的空间电磁场分布并在理论上进行了叠加和数值模拟,结果和实验符合的很好,这对光子晶格的应用和研究有一定的意义。

Abstract:Utilizing the method of cross phase,two-dimensional reticulate photonic lattice by irradiating two orthogonal 15-core masks in LiNbO3∶Fe crystal was successfully fabricated.The influences of the experimental conditions such as core spacing,writing time and incidence angle were analyzed.The space electromagnetic field about the two films was educed and superimposed.The numerical simulation results and experimental results were with great consistent,it was meaningful to the photonic lattice in application and study in the future.
