摘    要:本文介绍了三菱FX2N系列PLC在矽钢片切割生产线中的应用,并通过触摸屏F940GOT、变频器、传感器、伺服放大器及伺服电机实现了矽钢片的数控高精度变尺剪切,重点讨论了触摸屏的组态过程。

Abstract:The application of the series of FX2N PLC in the numerical control cutting line was proposed in this paper, and by using frequency conversion ,sensor,and the series of MR-J2 servo motor it realizes the high precision variable scale cutting of silicon steel and puts emphasis on the organization process of F940GOT.Practice has proved the high reliability and perfect performance of the control system.
