含油污泥调剖技术研究与应用

摘    要:对原油回收站废弃含油污泥及联合站罐底含油污泥组分进行了分析,研制出了一种新的调剖剂。通过室内试验,筛选了适合含油污泥条件的分散剂及固化剂,确定了应用浓度。利用该调剖剂进行现场试验,降低了调剖成本,取得了显著增油效果。

Abstract:The composition of waste oily sludge in a crude oil recovery station and bottom oily sludge in a central treatment station are analyzed , a new profile control agent is proposed. A dispersant and a curing agent appropriate to the condition of oily sludge are chosen through laboratory test, their application concentration is determined. The cost of profile control is reduced ,result of obvious oil production increase is achieved by using the profile control agent in a field test.
