高强轻集料混凝土的抗冻性能研究

摘    要:采用快速冻融法研究了养护制度、轻集料的预湿程度和体积砂率对高强轻集料混凝土抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:轻集料混凝土具有良好的抗冻性能。体积砂率对轻集料混凝土的抗冻性能有较明显的影响,随着体积砂率的增大,轻集料混凝土的抗冻性能有所降低;轻集料的预湿程度对混凝土的抗冻性能影响不大;养护温度对轻集料混凝土的抗东性能有影响,随着养护温度降低混凝土的抗冻性能降低。

Abstract:The effect of curing regime, pre-wetting degree of lightweight aggregate, and the volume rate of sand on the frost resistance of high strength lightweight concrete is investigated. The results indicate that, compared with normal concrete, the frost resistance of lightweight concrete is better, and it becomes worse with the increase of volume rate of sand. However, the pre-wetting degree of lightweight aggregate has an unobvious effect on the frost resistance of lightweight concrete, and the frost resistance becomes better with the increase of the curing temperature.
