| 摘 要： | 研究了碳热还原法合成Ｓ３Ｎ４粉末中原料配比、Ｎ２流量，反应压力、反应莳晶种等因素对氮化的影响，获得了较佳的工艺参数，研制出氮含量大于３７％，平均粒径小于１．５μｍ的α－Ｓｉ３Ｎ４粉末。
