回转支承性能实验台方案研究

摘    要:提出一种回转支承性能实验台设计方案,可精确测试回转支承的各项性能参数。该方案采用工控机控制方案,使用运动控制卡控制各运动部件,使用数据采集卡采集实验数据,形成闭环反馈控制系统。基于VC++建立操作系统,可以实现实验数据的图形显示、存储和打印,便于操作。控制系统具有双重安全防护功能,可以有效避免安全事故的发生。

Abstract:This paper presents a test-bed performance slewing bearing design, which can accurately test the performance parameters of slewing ring. IPC is used in controlling, the use of motion control card to control the moving parts, the use of data acquisition card collecting experimental data. Consequently the closed-loop feedback control system is formed. The operating system is established based on VC++, experimental data can be graphical display, storage and printing, easy to operate. The control system has a dual security function, can effectively avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
