| 摘 要： | 十七大报告提出了构建中国特色社会主义社会以及全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,建构新型国家与社会关系的重大举措被提上日程。建构新型的国家与社会关系有利于缓解各阶级阶层的矛盾冲突,维护社会秩序;有利于增强民族凝聚力,完善党的领导,提高党的威信。新型的国家与社会关系的建构要通过不同的方式和途径,以实现当前我国新型国家与社会关系建构的目标。
