| 摘 要： | 备件管理是企业设备管理的重要组成部分。阐述了其基本任务、ＡＢＣ分析法的应用、资金定额、库存量的控制方式、备件的资金控制，以及加强备件管理后所取得的经济效益。实践证明，运用现代化手段进行备品备件管理，不仅可以提高管理效率，而且可心到很好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Spare parts management is an important component part of the enter-prise equipment management. The article introduces elemental task,use of ANC analysismethod,fund rating,control mode of stock amount,fund control of spare parts and eco-nomical benefits reaped after spare parts management being strengthened. The practiceshows that the modernization of spare parts management can not only enhance manage-ment efficiency but also gain considerable economical benefits. |
