2003年煤炭经济运行评析

2003年中国煤炭经济运行的特点是:持续高增长,总体低质量,煤炭市场供不应求。具体表现在“五高四低”,即煤炭产量高、煤炭需求量高、煤炭国际贸易量高、煤炭价格高、煤炭销售收入高。但大中型煤炭生产能力低、煤炭社会库存低、电煤价格市场市场化程度低、煤矿安全生产水平低。2004年中国煤炭经济将保持高增长但增速有所减缓。

Survey and Analysis of Coal Economy Operation in 2003

The coal economy in 2003 maintained its operational feature of imbalance. This means that it has high production but low quality, with the inadequacy of coal supply. These mainly are reflected in the aspects of high production and great demand in coal market, great international trade amount and high coal price & sales income. In contrast, it has the low productive capacity of the large scaled coal mine, low coal storage, immature steam coal price market mechanisms, and a poor production environment. Therefore, the coal economy in 2004 will keep at highly increase, but at relatively slow speed.
