摘    要:在对牵引电动结构特点和现有定位系统进行分析的基础上,提出一种工作过程中电枢不动,传感器围绕换向器表面进行间歇式扫描,利用高精度新型索引式绝对位置编码系统和完成换向器信号采集的线阵CCD实现云母槽精确定位的新型方案.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the structure characteristics of the traction motor and the existing positioning systems, the paper presented a new approach that the sensor scans the surface of the commutator intermittently, the armature is not moved during the operation process, utilizing high precision absolutely encoded system and a linear array CCD acquisition to position the mica segments accurately.
