压铸机电液伺服控制系统的应用研究

摘    要:该文在分析某7500kN压铸机原电液系统缺陷的基础上,对电液控制系统进行了改造,并设计了相应的数字PID控制器,作为伺服控制系统的串联校正环节。升级后的控制系统能有效提高压铸机在压射、增压过程中性能表现,解决原系统存在的问题。

Abstract:Based on analyzing limitations of the existing electro-hydraulic control system for 7 500 kN die-casting machine, the former control system was reconstructed, accordingly, a digital PID controller was also designed, which was used as a proofread model for the servo control system. The updated control system can effitiently improve the machine’s performances, during its technics process of shot and pressurization.
