| 摘 要： | 为最大限度地发挥薄板坯连铸连轧工艺的优势，确保流程运行的稳定性和可靠性，针对两种典型的薄板坯连铸连轧生产线，分析讨论了流程中各单元工序的缓冲能力，并对可能出现的故障及其影响加以分类，进而提出生产线出现故障时应采取的相应调速策略。

| Abstract: | In order to exert the advantages of the thin slab casting and rolling line maximally and ensure the stable and reliable operation, the buffer capacity of individual units of two typical lines is discussed; the possible malfunctions and their affection are also classified. Furthermore, the adjustment strategies are established in case of malfunction. |
