摘    要:容重法作为确定合理颗粒级配的有效方法,被广泛应用在陶瓷、炭素生产等领域。本文以实际使用容重法确定颗粒级配的实验为例,分析了容重法实验配比与实际使用配比的不同。实际生产中受原料性质、设备状况的影响,配比要进行调整。

Abstract:Density approach has been widely used in ceramics and carbon materials areas as an effective method to obtain particles distribution. In this work, we introduced experimental example of obtaining particle composition using density approach, and analyzed the differences between experimental results and practical productive compositions. Due to the material properties and equipment status, composition of particles size distribution needs to be adjusted.
