| 摘 要： | 宁波市人口年龄结构已向老龄化发展，老龄化问题已成为一项社会问题。本从宁波市人口现状出发，从完善社会保障制度的角度，提出了完善养老保险制度三条可行性的对策建议，构建符合宁波人口发展社会保障体系，以推进我市经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Aging population is a social problem and Ningbo City is also facing such a problem. This paper, based on the present demographic situation in the city and from the perspective of improving social security system , raises three feasible suggestions to construct the system that fits the demographic development in Ningbo so as to push forward the sustainable development of economy in Ningbo City. |
