基于ARM7的金相切割机控制系统设计

摘    要:针对金相切割机的特点,设计一种基于ARM7的切割机控制系统.主控芯片采用S3C44BOX,步进电机驱动芯片采用A3977SED,给出了主控芯片与外围元器件之间的电路设计方法,A3977SED驱动板的典型应用电路,以及系统的软件设计.采用ARM7控制切割机三轴运动、主轴电机起停、LCD显示,相对于单片机控制系统具有处理速度快、可扩展能力强等优点,相对于PLC控制系统具有成本低、针对性强等优点.实践证明该切割机控制系统性能稳定,工作可靠.
