200MW机组RUNBACK功能的设计与试验

摘    要:对牡丹江第二发电厂DCS改造的200MW机组MFT设计,以及送风机、引风机RUNBACK功能的逻辑回路与试验方法进行了阐述,并进行了RUNBACK功能的动态模拟试验。试验结果表明,200MW机组RUNBACK功能设计能够满足机组运行要求,具有可行性。

Abstract:The design of MFT, logic circuit and research method of RUNBACK function of forced draft fan and induced draft fan after the DSC of 200MW unit was modified in Mudanjiang No.2 electric power plant was discussed, and the dynamic simulated test of RUNBACK function was also done in the paper. The test results showed that the design of RUNBACK function for 200MW unit could meet the requirements for operation, and was practical.
