| 摘 要： | 本文研究了液态模锻工艺中制件的凝固时间、加压时间和压力的相互关系。给出了压力下金属的凝固时间方式。定义了加压系数,该系数的大小,反映了液态金属对压力下的凝固的敏感程度。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the relationships between solidification time,pressure time,and pressure per unit area of a work piece in squeezing casting are studied,the equation of metal solidification time under pressure is given out,and the pressure eoeffieient is defined.The quantity of this coefficient reflects the sensitivity of solodification of liquid metal under pressure. |
