高炉矿渣转化的水泥浆在新疆油田的应用

摘    要:将高炉矿渣加入钻井泥浆中可使后者转化为用于固井的水泥浆。这种水泥浆有助于节约固井成本,减少环境污染和提高地层和水泥环之间的胶结强度。通过加入高炉矿渣,活化剂JX-1和JX-2及稀释剂DIS-3,已成功地将新疆油田现场聚合物泥浆转化为固井用的水泥浆。

Abstract:By incorporating blast furnace slag (BFS),commonly-used drilling mud can be converted to a slag mix slurry for well cementing. The slurry is formulated by mixing a water-base drilling mud (complex ionic polymer mud) with a certain dispersant DIS-3 to a final slurry density. Laboratory and field experiments utilizing the slag mix mud conversion cementing technology in the well 80060 of the Karamay oilfield, Xinjiang are done successfully. The field performance of the slurry meets and even exceeds the value expected. The logging data from the well shows that the slag mix slurry is such advantageous to annular isolation as the oil well cement does. The slurry's properties including adjustable consistence time, good suspension stability and good tolerancy to mud contamination as well as higher strength of solidified material are accepctable for common cementing practice.
