Probe into the Principles of Legal Translation from the Perspective of Language Fuzziness

The meaning of a language is relatively accurate,while absolutely fuzzy.The process of transferring from the sense of a word to its reference is just that of transferring from the fuzziness to the accuracy of a language.In translation,translators should first try to master the reference on the basis of a good command of the sense in the source text,and then choose corresponding words in the target language to cover the same meaning scope of words in the source text,namely,obeying the principle of fuzziness equivalence.By employing fuzzy set theory,translators tend to find the reciprocal translation of words with the same meaning scope in the source text,so as to improve the accuracy of legal translation.
