光栅位移测量技术在精密线束加工中的应用

摘    要:为了提高精密线束的产品品质,设计开发了一套用于精密线束生产中的对电子线自动测量系统.该系统运用了光栅测量技术的相关原理,使用了成本较低而性能较好的缩微光栅传感器对原来的线束测量系统进行了改进,该系统现在可以对电子线进行自动测量与裁切.其直线运动位置精度检测的结果是Cp=2.41和Cpk=2.24,由此可见,该系统精度高,稳定性好,而且光栅本身不接触、无磨损,对提升质量非常有用,满足了工厂的需求.

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of producing wiring harness,an automatic system which is used in measuring the length of appliance wiring material during producing them is schemed out.The principles of grating measurement technology and a newly contractible grating sensor which is cheap and good capability are used to reform the wiring processing system,Now,the system can measuring and cutting the AWM into parts automatically and accurately.The result of straightaway accuracy is Cp=2.41 and Cpk=2.24,Obviously,this system has good precision and good stability,at the same time,the grating is no contact and no abrasion essentially.Greatly improving is realized on the W.H quality,it is complied with the requirment of the manufacturer.
