| 摘 要： | 湘钢炼钢厂成功地开发了转炉采用石灰石替代部分石灰的冶炼新工艺。介绍了石灰石替代部分石灰的应用方案。应用该工艺后，转炉热平衡、前期成渣、造渣效果等能够满足转炉炼钢生产的需求。应用该工艺后，可降低生产成本，降低能耗，取得了良好的经济和社会效益。

| Abstract: | The Steelmaking Plant of Xianggang successfully developed a new process of substituting limestone for some limes in BOF.In this paper,the application project of this new process is introduced.Through it,BOF heat-balance,forepart slag,and slagging effect can meet the needs of steelmaking production.After using the process,the cost and energy consumption are reduced with achieving good economic and social benefits. |
