摘    要:由于低压缸次末级叶片曾发生围带断裂事故,经研究分析,认为断裂原因主要是设计、制造及装配存在问题,是围带装配过紧所致.现场拆下叶片进行清理,对围带出汽边叶顶处的R4倒角进行打磨,圆滑过渡,对叶片进行重新松装,以保证机组的安全运行.

Abstract:As the shroud fracture accident occurs in penultimate stage blades of low-pressure cylinder,the main reason is identified through the analysis as the problems in design,manufacturing and assembly and the excessively tight shroud assembly.The field removal of the blades for cleaning is carried out.The R4 chamfering on blade tip of trailing edge of shroud is grinded for smooth transition and the blades are loose fitted again to ensure the safe operation of the units.
