北仑发电厂对外供热的实现

摘    要:北仑发电厂根据外界用户和自身发展的需要,在分析外界用户用汽需求的基础上,对600MW机组主汽、冷再、热再抽汽供热方案进行了比较,确定了最优方案为利用机组冷段蒸汽供热,并分析了1 000 MW机组辅汽供热的可行性,同时在试验中验证了抽汽供热方案的安全性。最终使北仑发电厂具备了700 t/h的最大对外供热能力,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:According to the needs of the external users and its own development,Beilun Power Plant compares the extraction heating schemes for the main steam,cold reheater and hot rehear of 600 MW unit through the analysis on the steam demands of the external users.It confirms the best scheme in which unit cold reheat steam is used for heating and the feasibility of using the auxiliary steam in 1 000 MW units is analyzed.Meanwhile,the safety of extraction steam heating scheme is verified in the test.Finally,it enables Beilun Power Plant to achieve the maximum external heating capability of 700 t/h and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
