X80连铸板坯角部裂纹的生产实践与分析

摘    要:针对本厂生产以X80管线钢为代表的低合金高强度钢时,连铸坯易产生角部横裂的问题,本文通过射钉试验、红外测温的方法,以试验结果为依据对邯钢900-2150mm板坯连铸机冷却特性进行分析讨论,结合连铸X80生产实践和测量数据,从拉速、铸坯表面温度、比水量等方面讨论了影响X80连铸板坯角部裂纹产生的因素,结合实验结果提出了优化比水量和拉速的具体措施。

Abstract:Slab transverse corner crack problem of X80 pipeline steel happened as the representative of the low alloy high strength steel at Hanbao Steelmaking work.The experiment about nail test and infrared temperature measuring showed the cooling characteristics of 900~2 150 mm continuous casting for X80 production practice.The measurement about corner crack of X80 slab was discussed with casting speed,slab surface temperature and water flowrate.The improvements combined with the experimental results were put forward.
