首钢迁钢抗HIC管线钢X65MS的生产实践

摘    要:简要介绍了首钢迁钢2250生产线上抗HIC管线钢X65MS的生产实践情况。介绍了产品的成分与工艺 设计特点,并对其力学性能和显微组织以及抗HIC性能进行了检测。结果表明,通过合理的成分设计与洁净度控 制,在2250生产线上采用控轧控冷工艺实现了抗HIC管线钢X65MS的成功开发,产品具有良好的力学及抗酸性 能。

Abstract:The production practice of X65MS pipeline steel with HIC resistance property on 2 250 mm hot rolling production line was briefly introduced in Shougang Qiangang in present work.The composition and technology characteristics of X65MS were introduced.The mechanical properties,microstructures and HIC resistance property were tested.The investigation result shows that the development of anti-HIC pipeline steel X65MS was successfully achieved using TMCP technology on 2 250 mm hot rolling production line with rational composition design and cleanness control.The products showed excellent mechanical and HIC resistance properties.
