无固相微泡沫钻井液的研究及应用

摘    要:无固相微泡沫钻井液密度低、携岩性能好、滤失量小,能够降低储层漏失及伤害,最大限度地控制固相侵入,是对低密度钻井液体系的一种完善.介绍了无固相微泡沫钻井液的作用原理,优选了处理剂和钻井液配方,评价了钻井液的性能,由于其不合黏土相,配方设计合理,具有较好的抑制性,克服了普通微泡沫钻井液固相侵入和普通泡沫发泡过多时泥浆泵上水效果不好的问题.并在邵4-平1井进行了应用,获得良好的油层保护效果,该井完井后试油,产油量为30~40t/d,相比邻井提高50%以上.

Abstract:The solid-free micro-foam frilling fluid has good performances of the carrying cuttings, low filtration, preventinglost circulation and solid invasion, which is the compensation to low-density drilling fluid systems.In this paper, this drillingfluid system is introduced, the agents and formulations are optimized, and the performances are evaluated.Moreover, thisdrilling fluid system overcomes the problem of low pump efficiency of common foam drilling fluid system.The applicationof this drilling fluid system in well Shao4-H1 is successful.
