| 摘 要： | 对裂解炉辐射段炉管烧焦过程进行了模拟,建立了裂解炉辐射段炉管烧焦模型,并以模拟结果为指导,开发了裂解炉辐射段炉管在线快速烧焦方法;使用该方法在中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司5种不同炉型的裂解炉上进行了多次烧焦试验。试验结果表明,该方法使裂解炉辐射段炉管烧焦时间大大缩短,仅为原设计时间的1/4～1/3。由于烧焦时间大大缩短,节约了大量的水蒸气、空气和燃料,降低了乙烯生产的能耗和成本。

| Abstract: | Decoking process for radiation section tube of steam cracking furnace was simulated and a simulation model was established.A new rapid decoking method for radiation section tube of steam cracking furnace was set up accordingly and was applied to five different types of cracking furnaces in Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co.Ltd.of SINOPEC.The decoking time of radiation section tube is greatly shortened.The improved decoking time is only 1/4-1/3 of the designed.Obvious savings of air,steam and fuel are achieve... |
