| 摘 要： | 建立巩固的国防是中国现代化建设的战略任务,是维护国家安全统一和全面建设小康社会的重要保障。国防安全性是国防的基本属性之一,进行国防安全性评估对加强国防建设具有重要意义。本文通过对国防安全性的分析,构建了国防安全性评估指标体系框架并进行了初步的量化研究。

| Abstract: | Strengthening national defense is a strategic task in China's modernization drive, and a key guarantee for safeguarding China's security and unity and building a well_off society in an all_round way. National defense security is one of the basic characteristics of the national defense system. Accurate evaluation on it has the important meaning to enhance national defense developments. By analyzing national defense security in the paper, the frame for the index system of it is made, and models for quantitational evaluation of security are built. |
