摘    要:本文提出一种新型双馈风电场无功电压控制方法,旨在满足风电场并网点电压要求的同时能够减少各机组机端电压的差异,以提高机组联网运行能力。该方法考虑了风电场的有功电压特性与双馈型风机的无功调控裕度,通过实时监测风电场升压站高压侧母线电压偏差能较准确地计算风电场无功需求;建立了以降低各机组机端电压差异为目标的无功控制模型,并利用遗传算法确定各机组无功输出分配方案。仿真算例验证了该方法能有效降低各机组机端电压差异,使并网点电压满足电网运行指标。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement on voltage of wind farm PCC, at the same time reduce the voltage difference at each wind generator end, a control strategy for reactive power that applying Genetic Algorithm is given. In time-scale, this strategy calculate reactive power demand of wind farm by monitoring the voltage of PCC, while considering the PV characteristics of wind farm and the reactive power ability of DFIG. In space-size, this strategy determine allocation scheme of each DFIG using Genetic Algorithm. Example shows that the proposed strategy can effectively reduce the voltage difference of each DFIG terminal, while keep the PCC voltage tracking of grid requirement.
