圆弧齿轮传动的模糊可靠性优化设计

摘    要:运用模糊数学理论和可靠性优化设计方法,考虑圆弧齿轮传动中许用应力的随机性和模糊性,以圆弧齿轮传动中弯曲强度和接触强度的模糊可靠度以及齿轮的静强度、齿数、螺旋角、纵向重合度等约束条件,以一对圆弧齿轮体积最小为优化目标,建立了圆弧齿轮传动的模糊可靠性优化设计的数学模型,并给出实际算例,结果表明用模糊可靠性优化设计方法进行圆弧齿轮设计具有更好的合理性.

Abstract:This paper uses the fuzzy mathematics theory and reliability optimum design method to establish a mathematical model of fuzzy reliability optimum design of circular arc gears drive with considering randomness and fuzziness of the allowable stresses in design process. This model is based on the constraint conditions such as static strength, number of teeth, helix angle, lognitudinal overlapping tooth contact,etc., as well as the fuzzy reliability of bending strength and contact strength in order to achieve the optimum object; that is to say the volume of a pair of gears is minimum. We give a calculating example, and its result demonstrates more rationality to design circular arc gears with fuzzy reliability optimum design.
