摘    要:用有限元分析方法分析三叶形等距型面联接的接触-冲击特性.通过立方样条曲线拟合廓形曲线,建立了轴-轮毂联轴器的三维有限元模型,进行三叶形等距型面联接非线性三维接触-冲击特性分析,实现了联轴器启动过程的接触-冲击动力学仿真.通过算例分析,得到三叶形等距型面联接启动过程中接触力和最大等效应力随时间的变化规律,研究不同结构参数...

Abstract:An accurate finite element method was set up for analysis of contact-impact characteristics of trilobe equidistant polygonal connection.In this method,the profile curves were fit through cubic spline curves,and 3D FEM model of shaft-hub coupling was adopted.The analysis of nonlinear 3D contact-impact characteristics of trilobe equidistant polygonal connection was taken to simulate the startup process of coupling.The variation of contact force and maximum effective stress during the startup process could be ...
