| 摘 要： | 介绍白行设计新型液压脉振注射成型机的注射部分结构性能,分析了螺杆在振动力场下的轴向受力状况,通过将实际螺杆简化成广义螺杆,利用集中质量的方法建立了注射过程螺杆轴向振动响应的物理和数学模型,研究了此种振动装置在注射过程螺杆的动态响应.在工作频率范围内,随着振动频率增大,螺杆响应振幅减小,低频率激励的振幅动态放大系数高于高...
