| 摘 要： | 螺杆泵是一种广泛应用于油田采油工程中的人工举升装置。由于井下螺杆泵工作于高温、高压和复杂介质环境中,定子橡胶必然发生非均匀温胀和溶胀。温胀和溶胀使得螺杆泵定子型线发生很大改变,从而影响螺杆泵的运行效率。该文采用有限元方法研究了实际工况下温胀和溶胀对螺杆泵定子型线变化的影响,在此基础上提出了改进现有螺杆泵定子设计的方法。...
