莱钢105m^2烧结机头电除尘器提效改造

烧结烟气的特性是温度波动大、湿度大,所含粉尘的比电阻值变化大,含Na、K的氧化物和氯化物多等,收尘难度大。原有的电除尘器能力不足,极板、极线腐蚀、变形,电场振打强度低等,导致除尘器运行效率低,烟尘排放浓度高。通过对原有机头除尘器合并改造,并综合利用特氟龙高性能涂料芒刺、声波清灰等技术,改造后粉尘排放浓度由300～800g/m^3降至100mg/m3以下,达到了控制粉尘排放浓度和减少粉尘排放总量的目的。
