| 摘 要： | 对天津钢管公司现阶段供应商管理工作进行归纳与分析,指出管理中存在的缺陷。从供应商信息系统管理、潜在供应商与新增供应商管理、质量管理、供应商审核、激励机制5方面提出了实施对策的建议,提升了供应商和企业自身的市场竞争力。

| Abstract: | The author summarizes and analyzes supplier management at present, points out the flaws inmanagement at Tianjin Pipe （Group） Corporation and puts forward countermeasures from five aspects ofsupplier information system management, management over potential and new suppliers, quality control,supplier assessment and stimulation mechanism, the implementation of which lifts the marketcompetitiveness of supplier and the enterprise. |
